DP74 - Thanks for your response. I do have the Perro sessions, and that version of Tamalpais is much longer and meanders more than the studio version. Re: your search for Traction In The Rain, could it have been from KPFA's Dead To The World? See if the below rings a bell, though I don't know how to actually listen to these arhives.

Thanks for that research Charlie. Though I can no longer get 'Dead to the World' live, that wasn't it. The version I'm searching for was definitely on a GD Radio Hour - several years back.

GDH 332 is a distillation of the DTTW 'Rain' show, but oddly doesn't include the Crosby tune 'Traction' under discussion here.
